Diabetic – on insulin – have three testicles

I am not comfortable to explain but it is fact I have three testicles. I think left part testicle is divided into two. I have one on right side but two on left side. Please suggest me what should I do, is it safe or indication of any danger? Please confirm should I get married? Will this destroy my marriage life? I am in tense please suggest me. I take insulin. Frequency of high sugar instances: Rarely. Any tingling/numbness/cramps?: No. Typical frequency of hypoglycemia episodes: Rarely
