Sexual exposure few days ago without protection with unknown or paid partner, that time I underwent few tests for HIV, should I need to perform tests again?

It depends which tests you were performed that time, the confirmatory test (western blot) for HIV is performed after 90 days of exposure so if you have any doubts or anxiety you should go through this test.
