Pregnant wife HIV positive – HIV chances for baby

My wife is pregnant, and she is HIV +ve, what are the chances for baby to get infection?

Well, all depends on her viral load, if it is very low, chances are low but if load is high chances are automatically high.

The baby is more at risk if the mother has been recently infected or is an advanced stage of AIDS
