Unnatural sex means anal sex or oral sex, yes of course if partner is infected you may be infected with the same, in anal sex chances are more as compared to oral
In anal sex chances are high mainly for female partner as lining of rectum is very thin may cause tear of anus and penis thus allow virus into receiver’s body.
In oral sex chances are very low until you have mouth ulcers, bleeding gums.
