I was under ART treatment, my doctor always talking about my viral load and CD4 cells. What its significance I can’t understand, please guide me?

Viral load- it means the quantity of HIV replicates or found in your body cells, the lesser it is, the more will be the life expectancy. CD4 cells- These are the T-lymphocytes which produces antibodies or fight against HIV. The more they are, you remain healthy for long time.
